Recent Events, Partnerships, and Community Impact


Building Connections with Spain


Learn Kernel recently connected with members of the Toledo, Spain community, including the Honorary Consul of Spain, to exchange ideas about education, innovation, and expanding access to learning. These connections open doors to new partnerships and opportunities to make quality education more accessible across communities and borders.


Building Connections with Brazil


Learn Kernel was pleased to welcome Fabricio from Londrina, Brazil, for an engaging conversation about education and innovation. We shared Learn Kernel’s mission, discussed educational challenges and opportunities, and explored how accessible learning solutions can support communities around the world.


A Successful Fishing Day

Learn Kernel was proud to be one of the sponsors of the 2nd Annual Councilman John Hobbs Fishing Day. 🎣

 

Events like this give students the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence, create lasting memories, and connect with their community beyond the classroom.

Celebrating a New School Year at Escuela SMART Academy


Learn Kernel was proud to be part of Escuela SMART Academy’s Welcome Back celebration as students returned for their first day of school. It was especially meaningful to celebrate alongside Dr. Romules Durant, Superintendent of Toledo Public Schools, and Natasha Allen, Principal of Escuela SMART Academy, as students from all grade levels came together to begin a new school year filled with learning, growth, and new opportunities.

 

The first day of school is always a special milestone, and we were honored to celebrate with the students, teachers, staff, school leadership, and families who make the Escuela SMART Academy community so strong.

 

As a partner in education, Learn Kernel is excited to continue supporting Escuela SMART Academy and its students throughout the school year. We look forward to another year of learning, progress, and success...and to seeing what these students accomplish!
